I went to the MCM London Expo yesterday and it was awesome. I forgot about part of the DLR being down so I ended up walking a lot of the way, but it was a lovely day so it was actually quite nice. Outside Poplar I was treated to the sight of a train load of cosplayers wandering around lost, while construction workers looked on and took pictures. ( Read more... )

I had a wonderful time at the London expo on Saturday. I saw some exciting things, met some lovely people (thank you so much dodochicky , justtracy , hutchiebear , alyse  and co and everyone else who was generally brilliant) and, of course, I took photos!

My laptop has not decided to behave itself yet and that strange world out there called "real life" has been so busy I've hardly had time to eat and sleep, let alone come online.

It's half term next week though :) I sense fic writing in my future!

Which means that it is possible for me to go to the London expo.

Eeeeee!

(Now come the logistics - how am I going to get there, who can I go with, what time to I need to get there, etc, etc, but the main point is I don't have to work. Yay!)

Now that I know there are going to be panels for two of my lovely shiny fandoms, I may just have to go. I'm fairly sure I know how to get to ExCel (Circle then Jubilee then DLR for me) so getting there wouldn't be a problem. Buuuut ( Read more... )
